A freestyle class to work all muscles groups with a variety of creative strengthening and conditioning exercises. This fast tempo high energy sculpting class makes you find new boundaries that challenge your muscular endurance and strength.

This yoga class is suitable for beginners, seniors, and even non-beginners who wish to revisit the fundamentals as they progress in their yoga practices.  The stretches are mostly gentle and held for a longer time. It may at times include more dynamic poses and deeper stretches.
